The highlight of my career would be running my first Wales Strongest Man, everything went perfectly and we set a new standard for strongman in Wales.
My worst moment would probably coming last in Wales Strongest man 2012, as much as it was an honour to compete, it was then I realised that my efforts might be best focused elsewhere!
Listen to your body.
Set achievable short term goals and the long term goals will follow.
You can always do one more rep!
People who say something can't be done shouldn't get in the way of those who are doing it.
Jean Pal Sigmasson, although I don't know that I would say much to him, I would rather just smash out a deadlift session.
I always want to go to the gym! No matter how far you come there is always further to go!
I work as a freelance kayaking and gorge walking instructor and spend a lot of time promoting and organising strongman
Lots of people ask me how much synthol I have in my calf’s (none to be clear!) so I would say them!
To see how big I can help strongman in Wales to become... Oh and abs, I want me some of them!
The most famous person I have met is probably Prince Andrew on a meet and greet at school. I have a few famous strongmen in my phone Glen Ross, Simon Johnston and Eddie Hall spring to mind
This was my first ever open strongman comp (See above).
